Every now and then we get roadblocks too! If your existing reservation needs to be modified due an unforeseen circumstance with the car (or supplier) we will follow the below procedure and do our absolute best to ensure a smooth ride for you.
- We will work within our fleet to get you a list of the most comparable cars.
- Once you select an alternative car we will send you an email confirming the details of your revised reservation and pick-up details.
- While we will do our best to replace your original reservation with a comparable alternative, we cannot guarantee the same exact car (year, make, model, and features) as your original reservation, and this would not qualify you for a refund.
