All reservation details are final 24 hours after completing your online booking.
Change requests may include but are not limited to: Date change, car change, pick-up and drop-off location change etc.
You may request a reservation change by reaching out to email@example.com, however even if you would like to modify your reservation within the 24 hour window, once your existing reservation has been confirmed we cannot guarantee any requested change will be accommodated. If we cannot accommodate your change request(s), and you wish to cancel the reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely case that your Reservation Change request is accepted by CarHopper, and your new total amount is lower than your original booking's, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the difference. A Reservation Change Fee of 5% of your original booking amount will be deducted from your partial refund.
CarHopper must approve all reservation modifications directly before going into effect.
