All reservation details are final 24 hours after completing your online booking.
You may request a reservation change by reaching out to email@example.com, however once your existing reservation has been confirmed we cannot guarantee any requested change will be accommodated. If we cannot accommodate your change request(s), and you wish to cancel the reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Change requests may include but are not limited to: Date change, car change, pick-up and drop-off location change etc.
CarHopper must approve all reservation modifications directly before going into effect.
